• Participate in creative competitions and contests
• Share content with the StarStage community
• Access premium features through paid subscriptions

3. User Accounts & Registration

3.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use this Service. By using StarStage.ai, you represent that you meet this age requirement. Users under 18 require parental consent.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

3.3 Account Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update it as necessary.

4. User Content & Intellectual Property

4.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you create on StarStage.ai, including:

• Star personas and character designs
• AI-generated images and videos
• Chat messages and creative content
• Contest submissions

4.2 License to StarStage

By uploading content to StarStage.ai, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:

• Display your content in feeds, leaderboards, and public areas of the Platform
• Use your content for promotional purposes (with attribution)
• Make technical copies for backup and service operation

4.3 AI-Generated Content

Content generated by our AI models (images, videos, chat responses) is provided "as-is" without warranties. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before use.

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use StarStage.ai to:

• Create, upload, or share content that is illegal, obscene, defamatory, or violates third-party rights
• Generate or share NSFW, sexually explicit, or adult content
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation
• Scrape, data mine, or extract data from the Platform
• Attempt to bypass security measures or rate limits
• Use the Service for commercial purposes without authorization
• Create content that infringes on intellectual property rights

6. Contest Rules & Gem Economy

6.1 Gem Currency

StarStage uses a virtual currency called "Gems" for:

• Entering contests (Solo: 10 gems, Duel: 20 gems)
• Generating AI images and videos
• Unlocking premium features

Gems have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for real currency. Unused gems are forfeited upon account termination.

6.2 Contest Participation

Contest rankings are determined by:

• Solo Contests: AI judge scoring (Vision, Craft, Emotion, Originality)
• Duel Contests: 70% AI judge + 30% community voting
• Cinema Contests: Video quality and creativity assessment

6.3 Prizes & Rewards

Top-ranked users may receive gem rewards distributed daily at midnight PST. Prize amounts are subject to change.

7. Premium Subscriptions & Payments

7.1 Subscription Plans

Premium subscriptions are available:

• Monthly: $9.99/month (auto-renewing)
• Annual: $89.99/year (auto-renewing)

7.2 Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your credit card information. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges until cancellation.

7.3 Refunds

Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law. You may cancel your subscription at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period.

7.4 Free Trials

Free trial offers, if available, require valid payment information and automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless canceled before the trial ends.

8. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

AI-generated content (images, videos, chat responses) is created using advanced machine learning models from industry-leading AI providers.

Important Disclaimers:

• AI output may vary and cannot be guaranteed for accuracy, quality, or appropriateness
• We are not responsible for offensive, inaccurate, or unexpected AI-generated content
• AI models may occasionally produce biased or incorrect information
• You should review all AI-generated content before sharing publicly

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STARSTAGE.AI AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or goodwill
• Service interruptions or technical errors
• AI-generated content that is inaccurate or inappropriate
• User-generated content or third-party actions

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination Policy

10.1 Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time through the Profile settings. Upon termination, your access to paid features will continue until the end of the current billing period.

10.2 Termination by Us

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately if you:

• Violate these Terms of Service
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
• Create content that harms others or the Platform
• Abuse the Service or disrupt other users

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through:

• Email notification to registered users
• In-app notifications
• Updated "Last Modified" date on this page

Your continued use of the Service after changes indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Wyoming.
